TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of OGteebox programs, services, and digital platforms operated by Overseed Golf LLC (“Overseed Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a session, purchasing an OGwallet, Gift Card, or OGcredits, or otherwise engaging with OGteebox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or make a purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Event Registration
2.1 Eligibility
OGteebox sessions are organized by age group. By registering a participant, you confirm that the participant meets the age requirements for the selected session. Overseed Golf reserves the right to reassign participants to the appropriate age group or decline registration if eligibility requirements are not met.
2.2 Registration & Payment
Registration for a session is confirmed upon completion of checkout and receipt of a confirmation email. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Session fees may be paid via credit card, OGwallet balance, Gift Card, or OGcredits where applicable.
2.3 Liability Waiver Requirement
A completed liability waiver is required for each participant before they may attend their first OGteebox session. Waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. A link to the waiver is provided at registration and in your confirmation email.
Participants who have not completed a waiver will not be permitted to participate. No refund will be issued if a participant is denied entry due to an incomplete waiver. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the waiver is completed prior to the session.
2.4 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, or a credit to your OGwallet balance at your election.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.
If Overseed Golf cancels a session for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
2.5 Participant Conduct & Removal
Overseed Golf reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or disenroll them from the program at any time for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to staff, other participants, or equipment. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the session from which the participant was removed. Overseed Golf will use reasonable discretion in making such determinations and will communicate the reason to the parent or guardian.
2.6 Photography & Media
By registering a participant, you grant Overseed Golf LLC permission to photograph or record the participant during sessions for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes unless you have indicated otherwise in your signed liability waiver.
3. OGwallet
3.1 Overview
An Overseed Golf OGwallet is a prepaid digital balance associated with your account that may be used to pay for session registrations and eligible products in the Overseed Golf store.
3.2 Loading Your OGwallet
OGwallet balances may be loaded by purchasing an OGwallet top-up product directly through the Overseed Golf website, or by redeeming a Gift Card toward your OGwallet balance.
3.3 Use
OGwallet balances may be applied at checkout toward any eligible purchase. Your balance will be reduced by the amount applied. Any remaining order balance after OGwallet application must be paid by another accepted payment method.
3.4 Expiration
OGwallet balances do not expire.
3.5 Non-Refundable
OGwallet balances are non-refundable. Once funds are loaded to your OGwallet, they may not be converted back to cash or returned to your original payment method under any circumstances.
3.6 Transfers
OGwallet balances are non-transferable by the account holder. Transfers between accounts may be requested by contacting Overseed Golf directly and will be processed at the sole discretion of an administrator. Overseed Golf reserves the right to decline transfer requests.
4. Gift Cards
4.1 Overview
OGteebox Gift Cards are prepaid digital cards that may be purchased and given to another individual for use toward session registrations and eligible products. Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email upon purchase.
4.2 Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed at checkout on the OGteebox website toward any eligible purchase, or applied toward an OGwallet balance. Gift Card balances will be reduced by the amount redeemed at each transaction.
4.3 Expiration
Gift Cards do not expire.
4.4 Non-Refundable
Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Overseed Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Card codes. Please treat your Gift Card code as you would cash.
4.5 Transfers
Gift Cards are intended for gifting and may be shared with another individual by providing them with the Gift Card code. Account-level transfers of Gift Card balances must be processed by an administrator. Contact us to request a transfer.
5. OGcredits
5.1 Overview
OGcredits are bonus credits awarded with qualifying OGwallet or Gift Card purchases at specified purchase tiers. OGcredits are not purchased directly and have no independent monetary value.
5.2 Earning OGcredits
OGcredits are awarded automatically upon completion of a qualifying purchase, and these qualifications may change at the administration’s discretion.
5.3 Redemption
Each OGcredit may be redeemed for one complimentary session registration of equal or lesser value to a standard single-session fee. OGcredits are applied at checkout and reduce the session registration fee to $0.00 for the applicable registration. OGcredits may not be applied toward merchandise, Gift Cards, or OGwallet top-ups. Only one OGcredit may be applied per checkout.
5.4 Expiration
OGcredits do not expire.
5.5 No Cash Value
OGcredits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred to an OGwallet balance, or applied toward any purchase other than a session registration as described in Section 5.3.
5.6 Transfers
OGcredits are non-transferable by the account holder. Transfers between accounts may be requested by contacting Overseed Golf and will be processed at the sole discretion of an administrator.
5.7 Modifications
Overseed Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the OGcredits program at any time with reasonable notice. Credits already earned will be honored for a minimum of 90 days following any such change.
6. Liability Waiver
All participants are required to have a completed and signed OGteebox Participant Waiver & Release of Liability on file before attending any session. The waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for all participants under the age of 18.
The waiver covers all OGteebox sessions attended by the named participant and remains on file unless revoked in writing. A new waiver is not required for each session.
Failure to complete a waiver prior to a session will result in the participant being denied entry. As stated in Section 2.3, no refund will be issued in this circumstance.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Overseed Golf LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Overseed Golf services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
